Creative pursuits such as painting, writing, and music, just to name a few, can be incredibly healing and uplifting. Our souls cry out for creative expression, and, if we take the time to listen, we can find, appreciate, and nurture that part of us that is pure creativity. This is how our soul awakens us to our purpose - through creative pursuits, whether that means listening to music, penning some prose, or even taking a walk out in nature.
At all times in our lives, we are guided, loved and supported by Spirit. The popular name for these "invisible" helpers is Spirit Guides. They can come in any and all forms, and my belief is that we have many different guides throughout each lifetime. Depending on our particular needs, or lessons, we will work with different guides at different times. Sometimes we may not even be aware of who is gently supporting us - but they are always there. Along with our Spirit Guides, we also have Animal Guides who protect us. Again, I believe we have different Animal carers throughout our lives, depending on our needs and desires. These animal guides give us a good indication of our own inner strengths, or the areas in which we need some extra help. Generally the animal guide with us at any time, will be lending their particular strength to us, and embodying the traits that would be helpful for us to develop.
