SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are based on the overall weight of your order. We use Royalmail for all deliveries. For international orders, the rates are based on Royalmail small package rates. For all UK orders, you can select first or second class post. You can select whether you want standard postage or 'signed for'. All deliveries are covered up to a certain amount. See below.

For UK deliveries, second class post is only available up to 1kg. Ordering more than one meditation candle to be delivered to the same address, will require first class postage.

We can sometimes offer next day by 9am delivery and guaranteed (by 1pm) next day delivery. If you select these shipping options on check out, we will contact you to confirm, as we will need to have made candles in stock to fill this requirement.

When you select your country on checkout, you will be given a shipping amount. You can always remove items at this point, if you want the shipping to be lighter.

As we handmake your candle to order, please allow at least four business days for UK deliveries. Occasionally, we may be able to deliver your order faster than this - if there is an urgent requirement, please contact us on 07736331851 to discuss the options.

Please allow at least ten business days for international deliveries.

* Second class - Delivery aim 3 days. No tracking. Up to £39 compensation.
* First class signed for - Delivery aim 1 day. Proof of delivery. Up to £39 compensation.
* Second class signed for - Delivery aim 3 days. Proof of delivery. Up to £39 compensation.
* Standard parcel - Delivery aim 3 days. No tracking. Up to £39 compensation.
* Special delivery 9am - Guaranteed by 9am the next day. Tracked. Up to £50 compensation.
* Guaranteed next day - Guaranteed delivery by 1.00pm next day. Tracked. Up to £500 compensation.

* Airmail signed for small packets - Delivery from 5 days. Tracked within UK. Up to £39 compensation.
* Surface mail signed for small packets- Delivery from 56 days. Tracked within UK. Up to £39 compensation.
* Surface mail small packets - Delivery from 56 days. No tracking. Up to £39 compensation.
* Airmail small packets - Delivery from 5 days. No tracking. Up to £39 compensation


Delivery to Europe with airmail is usually from 3 days, the rest of the world from 5 days. Delivery to Europe with surface mail is usually from 14 days, the rest of the world from 56 days.

If for some reason you do not receive your order - please contact us immediately so that we can investigate with Royal Mail. Where orders have not been delivered - we will make a claim with Royalmail, up to £39, and then either issue you a refund up to £39, or re ship your order. Please note that most delivery options only cover you up to £39 compensation. We always obtain proof of postage when sending your order.

CHANNEL ISLANDS/ISLE OF MAN

Standard parcel and special delivery 9am options not available to Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm, or Sark.
