SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are based on the overall weight of your order. We use Royalmail for all deliveries. For international orders, the rates are based on Royalmail small package rates. For all UK orders, you can select first or second class post. All of these deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

For UK deliveries, second class post is only available up to a certain weight. Ordering more than one candle to be delivered to the same address, will require first class postage.

We can sometimes offer next day by 9am delivery and guaranteed (by 1pm) next day delivery. If you select these shipping options on check out, we will contact you to confirm, as we will need to have made candles in stock to fill this requirement.

When you select your country on checkout, you will be given a shipping amount. You can always remove items at this point, if you want the shipping to be lighter.

As we handmake your candle to order, please allow at least four business days for UK deliveries. Occasionally, we may be able to deliver your order faster than this - if there is an urgent requirement, please contact us on 07736331851 to discuss the options.

Please allow at least ten business days for international deliveries.
