HEALING THERAPIES AND REMEDIES

There are so many different holistic therapies available, that it can be quite overwhelming to decide which ones are right for you. All the therapies that are listed on here, I have personally tried and benefited from. I have given an outline on each therapy, the general set up of how it works, and my recommendations on how it might help you. Where possible I have also included links to therapists, or organisations involved with that particular therapy. Through my readings, it has become apparent that as everyone is different, so too do individual therapies work differently on each person. I have done readings for people suffering from the same illness or weakness, and yet I have had different therapies come up as being the most suitable for each person. Through this happening several times, I have realised that although we are all spiritual beings, there are subtle differences in everyone, meaning that there are certain holistic therapies that will work best for you. You cannot really guage which one from what others have experienced, it's just a matter of listening to your inner voice, and watching for signs or messages from spirit, as to which therapy will have the most beneficial effect on you. That's why I have outlined the basics of each therapy, to hopefully make the decision easier for you.
I firmly believe that we create every illness in our body, through our beliefs, thoughts, words and actions. Therefore, it is really up to us to heal ourselves. The human body is always regenerating itself - it is made to self-heal. If we harness the power of our intentions and our feelings, we can create "miraculous" healing in our bodies and our lives. If you are looking for ways to help you heal, trust yourself and your inner voice. Use every means available to you to help yourself recover. If traditional western medicine is what works for you then keep with it. But I would also encourage you to look within for answers as to the SOURCE of your pain, and then find ways holistically, to help eradicate this negative energy for ever. Illness is our soul's way of saying " Stop! There is some inner work you need to do here!" Try to look at illness and pain, whether it be emotional or physical, as an opportunity for you to really discover who you are, to learn to love and appreciate yourself, and in the process to create the life you truly desire. It is possible. I hope that the information contained below will help to steer you in the right direction for your own inner healing.
