PURE SAMTOSHA COURSES

Our Pure Samtosha Courses are designed to empower you and help you to heal yourself. We run different courses throughout the year. The emphasis is always on helping to give you the skills you need to create the life that you desire. We always endeavour to make our courses fun, as well as enlightening. We want you to find your true, authentic self, and to pursue a life of peace, happiness and love.
We always make sure that we keep our course sizes to a small number (usually a maximum of 6 participants). This means that each and every person receives the time and attention throughout the course that they require.
Our courses are held at various locations, all of which will have easy parking, and plenty of space to work in.

One Day Self Empowerment Course
On this one day course, you will learn how to find and listen to your true self - your inner voice, in order to actively create the life you desire.
The course will include:
Meditation techniques to help you connect to your higher self
Ways in which you can learn to 'read' for yourself and others
Group regression work to understand and clear negative life patterns
How to find your own special 'skill' or life purpose
Understanding of the Law of Attraction
How to create EVERYTHING you desire
Interspersed throughout the day Kerri will give relevant messages from spirit to all participants.
